Michigan Sports Radio Fan Mail & In the News

Thank you for broadcasting the West Catholic / Menominee game. My nephews play for WC and I live in Virginia Beach, VA. What a treat that I was able to listen to the game. Very enjoyable. Thad N.

I'm currently listening to your broadcast of the Purdue Calumet versusDavenport University game (women's bball) and you were talking aboutAndrea Kimm and wondering about the time difference, I thought I just quickly write you an email... Kassel is almost exactly in the middle of Germany, which makes us six hours ahead of your time. So it's almost three in the morning here right now and I really should be sleeping since a couple of hours. Some more information on Kassel: almost 200.000 people are currently living here, and we have one of the most beautiful park areas in the country. More importantly, however, the world's most prominent exhibition of contemporary arts takes place every five years in Kassel (the last one just ended two months ago). I'm not sure if you're actually interested in all this, but since you were talking about Andrea quite a few times, I figured you might want to know something about her background. Thanks for broadcasting the game anyway, it's really great for me here in Germany to at least "hear" her play Basketball for DU. So, the next time your broadcasting a DU game, remember that you have at least one German listener who should really rather be sleeping than listening to the game because he has to get up early in order to go to university...
Go Panthers!
Best wishes from Germany,
Fabian K. (also a Kassel-native, but currently living in Frankfurt)

Hi Guys...Thanks for the broadcast, I'm J.T. Hogan's uncle, listening in Orlando Florida....Go Titans

I just wanted to thank you for this service. I had both knees replaced last year and missed the entire regular football season (my favorite time of year). I was able to listen to the games every Friday night thanks to you!

Brock and Chuck, GREAT JOB broadcasting the Rockford/Muskegon game. I didn't move from my computer the ENTIRE game! Not being able to attend, it was great being able to hear play by play. Keep up the FANTASTIC work. GO RAMS!

My son played football last fall at Forest Hills Northern. How can I get a copy of your broadcasts of his game for his memorabilla? Also, thank you so much for doing this. It is great for the kids, their parents, the football coaches and programs, and the schools.

Hey! I have very much enjoyed your broadcasts of Davenport University Women's BB. My daughter is on the team, and we really appreciate being able to listen to some of the games on the net when we are unable to get down to GR. We live in the Upper Peninsula and try to get down as much as we can. Thank you for broadcasting the great games the girls have played this season, like the win today against Aquinas. Any chance you will be going to the away games this week, since they are first place in the conference? That would be awesome if you could! Davenport fans around the state would love it!! Thanks again for doing such a good job!

I'm still listening over here in England. Fantastic finish to the game tonight. The Rams radio is great.

Just wanted to send you a big Thank You from a Caledonia football parent/fan for webcasting Caledonia games. This allows other family members outside the area the ability to listen in, and I enjoy listening to the game on the archives. Thank you, and I hope you continue this year after year!

Thanks for replying...I emailed you just in case you weren't aware of the problem. I had checked the other games MSR was broadcasting and they were as clear as a bell, just like always. I will keep listening....I enjoy Friday nights with Rams Football on Michigan Sports Radio. It is a wonderful service you provide. Thanks I appreciate it.

"We've been very impressed by the consistent high level of listenership for Michigan Sports Radio. During the peak of the high school football season, they consistently draw thousands of listeners for their games. We've seen very few high schools that draw even close to that number of listeners."
